Due to special mounting of the fixed arm, this model is perfect for measuring lying logs. Beam is made of light metal profile (25 x 5 mm) and secured by anodizing.
Movable part of caliper is provide with four special sliders made from plastic with low coefficient of friction which guarantee easy and smooth moving.
