All orders placed through this website are governed by SouthGeosystems corp. Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale.

  1. 1. The purchase and sale transactions between SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS CORP, which hereinafter for the purposes of this document will be called "SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS" and the buyer who will be called "Customer", are governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions of Sales

In case of not having been informed in this regard, SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS will be free of all responsibility for any damage that this fraudulent situation may cause to the Client, as well as it will be empowered to claim any debt or expense that this action causes against it.

  16. 4. PAYMENTS

    To release the purchase orders, the settlement of 100% of the account including shipping costs will be requested, with the exception of Clients who have a direct line of credit authorized by SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS

  17. 5. SHIPPING

    The delivery of any of the products object of sale, under the protection of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, is subject to the availability plan of SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS. It will use its most reasonable efforts in order to make deliveries on the scheduled, offered or confirmed date. However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the purchase order or any compensation. SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS will not acquire any responsibility for failures in the fulfillment of said dates, as long as it is due to causes beyond SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS. Any penalty clause for delay introduced by the Client in his order is without effect. The postponement of the delivery period must be confirmed in writing. Once the merchandise has been delivered to the carrier, any type of cancellation or change in terms will no longer be accepted. 

    6. RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

    SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS warrants that the products are free from defects. The products marketed by SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS are purchased directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers that meet strict quality standards.

    Information on returns.

    Returns of all electronic equipment or measuring instruments will be accepted as long as the Customer is not satisfied with the item or its mode of operation and as long as they are returned in original packaging, in perfect condition and in perfect working order.

    Returns will only be accepted during the 8 days following receipt of the order and after having communicated in writing the reason for the return.

    Shipping costs will be paid by the sender.

    Information on Warranties

    SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS transfers the direct factory warranty to the Customer for a period equivalent to that stipulated by the manufacturer for electronic equipment, work tools or measuring instruments. The coverage of these guarantees will be those indicated by the manufacturer and in general will be valid for manufacturing defects or operating failures derived from said defect. The devices mentioned above that do not have a direct factory warranty will be guaranteed for a period of three months. Warranty 1 year (it is possible to contract the second year of warranty only for spare parts)

    The products sold by SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS, have been designed and manufactured to be installed and manipulated by qualified persons, consequently, the guarantee does not cover damages caused by inexperience, negligence, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, faulty electrical networks or incompatibility between programs, systems operating devices, devices or components. SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS exempts from the guarantee, any damage caused directly or indirectly by the Client or third parties. The manipulation or variation of any product by welding, wiring, adding components, etc., will automatically void the warranty.

    In no case may the Client claim to SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS, for direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral or pecuniary damages of any kind due to loss of information, or natural disasters suffered by the products since the responsibility of Global Chile Electrónica is only limited to repair or replacement, as the case may be, of damaged products according to the content of this document.

  18. Under no circumstances does the refund of money proceed. If the product purchased by the Customer presents defects and / or operating failures, and this is within the warranty limits established in these terms and conditions of sale, it will be repaired or replaced by another of equivalent characteristics, of similar value. or failing that, a credit note will be issued in the name of the Client, for this purpose SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS reserves the right to select the most convenient option.

  19. The claim will only be accepted as valid by presenting the original invoice or purchase receipt, the Client or that person duly authorized by the same will be empowered to carry out this process.

  20. It is an essential requirement to make the warranty claim effective, the delivery of the products without bumps or scratches, original packaging including all the manuals supplied, diskettes, CDs, cables or any other accessory previously included at the time of sale, SOUTHGEOSYSTEMS will reserves the right not to receive equipment that does not meet these conditions.
